How many people can your meeting rooms accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 16 guests.
What's included?
Full use of all multimedia facilities, unlimited high speed wifi and one bottle of water per person is included.
HOW CAN I SECURE ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT?
We can offer additional technical support to unlock the true potential of the MaxHub screen, and for other business purposes, but this will incur a separate charge and will need to be arranged well in advance.
How do I book a room?
The room can be booked via our website or by contacting one of our trusted and qualified team members.
Can I rearrange my room layout?
Due to the fact that our African hardwood table weighs over half a ton, it is practically unmovable, so the room is not able to be reconfigured. The chairs can be arranged to the guest’s preference.
Will someone be there to greet my guests?
Yes, Janke Swart, our facility manager will be there to greet guests and make sure they settle in comfortably.
Do you offer drinks or catering?
Each guest will receive a bottle of water as part of the booking fee, and this may be consumed in the room. For other dining requirements, there is a very popular French Café (La Baguette) situated in Korongo House, offering authentic French cuisine.
What happens if my meeting runs over, or I need the room for longer?
You can check on the website if there is availability for the following hour, and book accordingly. Alternatively you can contact our facility manager, Janke Swart.
How early can I or my guests arrive for the meeting?
10 minutes prior to the set time you have booked – this allows our cleaner the chance to deliver the meeting room at its very best state.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your meeting, please do so in a timely manner, so that other guests may have the opportunity to book the facility. We do not provide any cash refunds, but if you do need to reschedule, you will receive an e-voucher from Korongo Meetings to rebook your meeting.
